Workplace Violence Prevention

Violence in the workplace is a serious concern. Mitigating it is important to our organization. This course defines and provides examples of workplace violence. It details warning signs for four common types and positive and safe bystander intervention and de-escalation techniques. It encourages learners to raise concerns about workplace violence so the organization can address these risks.
