This video consists of three fully-demonstrated exercises designed to strengthen your neck, improve your flexibility, relieve pain, and prevent future injury. No equipment or change of clothing is necessary. Each of these exercises can be done either seated or standing. The exercises are: 1) Chicken-Wing Neck Stretch 2) Shoulder Circles 3) Isometric Neck Stretches
Objectives
- Strengthen major and minor muscles in your shoulders
- Improve your flexibility and coordination
- Alleviate pain as the result of poor posture, holding your body in one position for too long, or any other cause
