Description
This video consists of three fully-demonstrated exercises designed to strengthen your legs, improve your flexibility, relieve pain, and prevent future injury. No equipment or change of clothing is necessary. The exercises are: 1) Single Leg Deadlift (should be done standing) 2) 10-Point Lunge (should be done standing) 3) Air Squats (can be done seated or standing)
Objectives
- Strengthen major and minor muscles in your legs
- Improve your flexibility and coordination
- Alleviate pain as the result of poor posture, holding your body in one position for too long, or any other cause
- Reduce the possibility of future injury
