Learn how to protect yourself and others from the potentially fatal hazards of permit-required confined spaces. This OSHA-compliant course covers safe confined space work practices for general industry employees. In the course, we’ll outline key characteristics and dangers of confined spaces, so you know the risks. We'll also discuss the differences between permit-required and non-permit-required confined spaces, and your employer’s obligation to develop and implement a confined space safety program. Finally, you’ll learn about the individual responsibilities of personnel who work in and around permit-required confined spaces. Upon successful completion of this course, you'll be proficient in vital permit-required confined space safety principles.
