Keep Your Cool: What Is Anger? is an elearning course that explores principles of anger and how to bring tension under control. Do you have a hard time keeping your cool when something upsets you? When your emotions bubble to the surface, do you tend to explode, and then regret your reaction later? This can leave a wake of consequences, including damage to relationships and problems at work.
