Anger can be a tool that makes us determined, strong, or inspired. It can also make us disruptive, toxic, and even violent. How you handle your anger is what matters. Because there are multiple ways to experience anger, we need to talk about the different types of anger. That's what we'll cover here. This course is from our Keep Your Cool series.
