Weather affects us all. We can't control it and we need to be aware of the potential dangers of working in extreme weather. In our Cold Stress course we discuss dangers posed by hypothermia and frostbite and how you can protect yourself. Learn what hypothermia is, how to identify the symptoms of both mild and severe hypothermia, and the steps to take if you experience it. We also cover the signs of frostbite, methods to rewarm someone who has been exposed to the elements for too long, and when to seek medical assistance.
