Our How to Beat Insomnia course offers helpful strategies to overcome insomnia, so you can enjoy a more peaceful slumber. Insomnia doesn't just mean you're not sleeping. It can include having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, waking up too early or feeling like you haven't slept at all. In this course, we'll review why a lack of sleep can cause problems at work, as well as other negative side effects. We'll also talk about the causes of this affliction before providing helpful hints on how to beat and prevent insomnia from occurring.
