This Unavoidable Stress course provides strategies and techniques on how to manage those stressors in our lives that we have no control over. You'll start by identifying the symptoms of chronic stress versus everyday stressors, as well as the consequences of chronic stress if it's left untreated. You'll also gain helpful tips on how to manage your chronic stress using simple physical, social and mental exercises. This short video is part of our Stress Management series, which provides valuable tips on how to reduce stress in the workplace. The course comes complete with downloadable student materials for easy reference and a short online quiz to test what you've learned.
