Our Understanding Stress and Burnout course explores these conditions and what causes them to help you prevent stress and burnout before it starts. In this course, we'll explain the difference between job stress and job burnout using definitions and example scenarios. To highlight the difference between these situations, we'll also discuss the symptoms of stress and burnout. From there, we will go over the causes of burnout and the lifestyle and personality issues that can contribute to it. Finally, we'll offer effective strategies that can be used to reverse burnout. This course features a video presentation, downloadable student material and a short quiz to assess what you've learned.
