In our Deskercises: 05. Legs and Backside, While Standing course, we'll demonstrate a range of simple exercises you can perform to help strengthen your body and reduce stress and tension. Designed for both in-office and at-home workers, this course presents nine quick and easy exercises you can complete while standing at your desk. These exercises are designed to help alleviate physical symptoms associated with sitting at a desk for long periods of time, including poor circulation, reduced mobility and balance, and tense hip flexors. This demonstrative course is part of our Deskercises series. Included in it is a video presentation and downloadable supplementary material for future reference.

Objectives

  • Perform exercises while standing at your desk to stretch your legs and backside
  • Improve your sitting and standing posture by performing these exercises
  • Relieve physical and mental stress cause by sitting for too long
