In our Deskercises: 03. Arms and Shoulders course, we will present a few light exercises you can do to relieve stress and tension in your arms and shoulders. Sitting at a desk for long periods of time can leave you physically and mentally fatigued. This course focuses on arm and shoulder stretches and exercises you can perform at your desk to release tension. We'll show you how to use everyday office items to get your arms and shoulders moving to help improve your posture and overall strength, reduce anxiety and boost your productivity, so you can tackle the workload ahead. This demonstrative course is part of our Deskercises series. Included in it is a video presentation and downloadable supplementary material for future reference.
Objectives
