The Deskercises: 02. Chest, Neck, and Back course demonstrates easy exercises you can do at your desk to work the muscles most affected by sitting all day. Did you know that incorporating simple exercises into your daily routine can help alleviate stress and improve your overall health and productivity? In this course, we will present a range of seated and standing exercises you can do to stretch and strengthen your chest, neck and back to relieve pressure that can build up after sitting for long periods of time. This demonstrative course is part of our Deskercises series. Included in it is a video presentation and downloadable supplementary material for future reference.
