Deskercises: 01. Simple, Cardio, and Core demonstrates quick exercises you can do at your desk to help improve your productivity and reduce stress. To start, we will demonstrate simple steps you can take to stretch, move, strengthen and feel more comfortable without your coworkers noticing that you're "working out." We'll also explore more advanced cardio and core exercises you can do at work to promote circulation, improve your posture and minimize the discomfort you may feel after sitting at a desk all day. This demonstrative course is part of our Deskercises series. Included in it is a video presentation and downloadable supplementary material for future reference.

  • Incorporate simple stretches and exercises throughout your work day to improve your productivity
