Our Breaking the Stress Cycle course explores what it means to be stuck in a cycle of stress, and how to break out of it. For many, work is stressful, and sometimes it can feel like a never-ending cycle. Breaking the stress cycle isn't easy, but it is possible. In this course, we'll discuss the five stages of the stress cycle, and ways to interrupt that cycle once you're in it. Our Breaking the Stress Cycle course includes a brief video with audio narration, downloadable student materials, and a post assessment to check your understanding.
