Conflict at work is going to happen. Whenever a group of people are passionate about what they’re doing, it’s a recipe for friction. How we manage this conflict is the difference between ongoing debilitating arguments and constructive debates which help move the team forward. Goal: The goal of this course is to illustrate the difference between positive and negative conflict and to illustrate how conflict, when handled correctly, can lead to constructive change and personal growth.

  • Recall the techniques to address conflict in a positive fashion and avoid
